Course Not as Expected
If the course content differs significantly from what was described, you may be eligible for a refund beyond the standard window. Submit detailed feedback explaining the discrepancy, and we'll review your case individually.
Personal Circumstances
We understand life happens. While personal circumstances don't automatically qualify for refunds outside our policy, we may consider course credit or deferment options. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Duplicate Payments
If you've accidentally paid twice for the same course, we'll process a full refund for the duplicate payment immediately. This typically happens within 3-5 business days regardless of the standard policy timeline.
